Hometown Law can help you with your residential real estate purchase, whether you are buying a house, cottage, town house, vacant land, life lease, or condominium.
Hometown Law’s lawyers and real estate clerks combine for over 5 decades of real estate experience.
In order for us to get started on your file, we ask that you contact us at Hometown Law by phone or email so that we can review the process and disbursements that are associated with your real estate purchase. You will be provided with a quote that covers all fees and disbursements. Nothing is hidden.
Once we receive your signed Agreement of Purchase & Sale, we can then get your file started. The sooner we receive your Agreement of Purchase & Sale the better as there are specific deadlines for your lawyer to meet.
Hometown Law will book you in for a short 20 minute appointment a few days prior to your closing date to sign all relevant documents. At any time during your real estate purchase you can easily contact Hometown Law to have any questions answers.
On the day of your close, the only thing you should stress about is making sure you are packed up and ready to move-in. You will pick the keys up for your new home from Hometown Law upon us registering your purchase with the Land Registry Office.
